As an early pioneer of the digital recruitment media industry since 1995, Richard has witnessed first-hand the impact of the internet on the Talent Attraction/Recruitment industry.

In 23 years of working in the Industry, Richard has run Job boards, Built and sold 2 digital advertising agencies, and now as a Co-Founder of ClickIQ is using the latest programmatic and AI technology to automate the management and optimisation of performance recruitment advertising in real time.
