ClickIQTM generated over 80 applications generate for hard to fill Customer Service roles.

About Avis:

Avis Budget Group is a leading global provider of vehicle rental services with over 30,000 employees. They have more than 11,000 rental locations in approximately 180 countries around the world, and through its Zipcar brand, which is the world’s leading car sharing network, with more than one million members.

Problem:

Avis were struggling to generate enough applications for their roles using their traditional recruitment methods.

Aim:

Avis came to ClickIQ with the aim of increasing their number of applications in the UK PPC market.

What happened?

During the 60-day pilot that followed, Avis saw a fantastic performance across all of their job campaigns on both organic and paid media. They were delighted to receive 521 applications throughout the period, which were figures they hadn’t been seeing before.

For example, they received 82 applications for their customer service campaign (with an average of £4.39 per application).

Following the success of the pilot in the UK, Avis are now rolling it ClickIQ out across their international recruitment market.

We have advertised directly via some of these platforms in the past but the experience using ClickIQ was far better in terms of spend efficiency. The level of control and flexibility is far greater than you have directly and the intuitive nature of the platform gives the recruiter greater control.

Viewing all of the data via the dashboard (or the more detailed analytics per posting) also allows you to make appropriate decisions with confidence and partner with the business appropriately around budget discussions.
