It’s just over a month since RecFest 2018 and we are already counting down the days until next year which promises to be bigger and better. With over 1,000 attendees and a host of incredible speakers it was definitely one of our highlights of the year so far.
ClickIQ’s own, Richard Collins, was one of the many fantastic speakers at the event. He and Chris Wray (Group Head of Recruitment Strategy at Sainsbury’s) were very down with the kids and delivered a very informative talk silent disco style (hence the headphones) on the best ways to reduce costs and increase response rates in a rapidly changing recruitment media landscape.
If you were one of over 200 people that could not get in to see them then don’t worry. You can watch the full talk below:
Of course, the day would not have been complete without ClickIQ’s competition – RecFest’s Got Talent.
Entrants were asked to find their top (and funniest) job suggestion from Facebook Jobs to be in with the chance of winning their bodyweight in prosecco and beer. We received a number of colourful entries. Some of the best included:
However, the best and most voted entry (and therefore the winner of RecFest’s Got Talent) was…
Astrology Tarot Writer for Melanie Hayes from Adecco.
Melanie and her team had a great night out celebrating with their winnings in Covent Garden one evening after work.
RecFest’s Got Talent was designed to show the importance of targeting and what can go horribly wrong if it is not used.
ClickIQ’s Passive Candidate Targeting tool dynamically creates multi-format, employer-branded job ads that can be targeted to appear in specific candidates’ Facebook and Instagram newsfeeds.
To discover how you can reach the best candidates directly through their newsfeeds using Facebook targeting, book a demo with ClickIQ using the link below.
We look forward to seeing you all at RecFest again next year!
