The Client Success Team:
Due to phenomenal levels of growth, we are looking to expand our Client Success Team at all levels; from Client Success Executive to Senior Client Success Manager.
We are seeking highly capable individuals to join our talented team and lead/support the management of a group of our Clients (predominately Talent Acquisition Managers in large, big brand corporates) and the performance of their recruitment advertising.
As a member of the Client Success team, you will have oversight of client performance advertising strategy, including supporting the growth of our existing clients and new business development. Managing all aspects of our client relationships from on-boarding, defining campaign strategy, recommending budgets and working closely with them to set up, optimise and measure the performance of their campaigns. You’ll build and develop strong client relationships and provide regular updates, campaign insights and management reporting.

Experience and Skills:
We are looking for people with varying levels of experience, ideally attained within a digital agency (preferably with some exposure to performance advertising), B2B account management in a software as a service environment, or a tech platform.
We are seeking candidates who are ambitious and who will thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. They should have an affinity for technology, good commercial acumen, excellent communication skills, be highly organised and have strong attention to detail. Candidates should also possess a 2:1 university degree.
The role is based at our offices in Godalming, with parking on site or a short walk from the mainline station and the high street.
