Business Development Manager

Due to our international expansion and New York office opening soon we are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity to join the UK team as Business Development Manager.

ClickIQ are a multi -award winning (Including Surrey Start up of the year) private-equity backed tech start-up and we are on a mission to disrupt the world of recruitment advertising!

In Spring 2017, we developed and launched the UK’s first Automated Talent Attraction Technology platform that manages, automates and optimises the recruitment advertising process so that recruiters can spend less time looking for applicants, and more time hiring great people.

Last year we grew at 2,500% and have over 80 blue chip enterprise clients in the UK & Internationally across large In-house corporates (including Avis, Paddy Power Betfair, Sainsbury’s, Argos, Next, Mitchells and Butler), Recruitment Advertising Agencies and Job Boards.

About the role:

As Business Development Manager you will have overall responsibility for developing and driving the new business pipeline. Working in close collaboration with our Marketing and Client Success teams you’ll nurture our prospects through each step from initial contact through to becoming successfully on-boarded new clients. This will involve managing our inbound enquiries and outreach to target prospect organisations, giving demos of the platform both in person and web demos, presenting at partner meetings, generating new business leads at conferences we exhibit at.

You will have responsibility for shaping the business development strategy, taking ownership of market scoping, planning, reporting and driving continuous improvement.

As part of our Management Team, you’ll input into the commercial and strategic development of ClickIQ to ensure we achieve sustained revenue growth.

Experience and Skills:

We are looking for someone who has the ambition to keep up with our speed of growth (2,500% last year!) and develop their career to the next level.
You’ll have a track record of successfully leading business development with the skills and gravitas to consult, influence and build relationships with senior decision makers. Capable of managing and growing a robust pipeline, you will take control of proposals, negotiations and deal sign off. However if you come from a traditional heavily sales led background this is probably not the role for you.

You should have a good understanding of digital advertising and the ability to understand how data, analytics, performance media buying, automation programmatic technology is transforming recruitment marketing and talent attraction.

The role is based at our offices in central Godalming. The company provide excellent benefits including a company bonus scheme, company pension scheme and Bupa private medical cover. Other benefits including 4pm finish on Fridays, team events, 20 days’ holiday plus bank holidays and offices closure between Christmas and New Year.
